  • Plum Village Retreat: 21 – 25 November – “The Tears I Shed Yesterday Have Become Rain” – a 5-Day Retreat at Genting View Resort Malaysia – Online registrationMore information.
  • Day of Mindfulness: 28 October (online registration will be out soon)
  • Group Practice: 14 October. Our Sangha meet on the second Sunday every month to sit, drink tea, have a mindful meal and share our life stories.  You are welcome to join us. Do email us early to allow us time for logistic arrangement.
